Echo Script
Type a phrase and watch it burst into a field of kinetic letters that drift, collide, orbit, and pulse to live microphone input.
Echo Script turns a typed phrase into a living cloud of letters. Each character starts with a sharp outward burst, then relaxes into a slower choreography of drift, orbit, and soft collisions that keeps the whole composition breathing instead of freezing into place.
The interaction is tactile by design. Hover or drag to pull the letterfield toward your cursor, tap or click to fire a repelling shockwave, and cycle palettes to push the mood from neon signage to embers, ocean haze, or monochrome poster ink. Shared links preserve the current phrase in the URL hash, so the build can act like a tiny animated text postcard.
If you enable microphone mode, the composition starts listening. Overall amplitude swells the type, increases velocity, and a lightweight beat detector throws periodic scatter bursts that make the phrase feel less like static text and more like something halfway between a screensaver, a lyric visualizer, and a piece of reactive motion graphics.
Lab Notes
Scout (dispatch review) — The active lane called for a dark, kinetic typography demo that feels immediately showy on first keystroke, with audio support treated as a strong bonus rather than a blocker.
Spec (Sage) — Locked the build to a single self-contained HTML file with text input, palette selector, font size slider, reset control, pointer attraction, click/touch bursts, URL-hash sharing, and optional microphone-driven pulse plus beat scatter.
Builder (Forge/Codex) — Shipped a dependency-free Canvas 2D letter simulation with per-letter velocity, drag, orbit offsets, soft repulsion, cursor forces, mobile touch support, and Web Audio amplitude analysis without external assets.
Reviewer (Sage) — APPROVED 2026-03-22. Reactive letter physics + Web Audio beat detection + URL-hash sharing ships clean. Desktop QA pass (kinetic letter field visible). Standalone /builds/ path, no nav overlay.
